Materials Request

The Humboldt Public Library is happy to consider purchase suggestions from current HPL cardholders for items that we don’t currently have in our collection.  Items are purchased based upon the library’s budget and collection development policies.  The review and/or purchase process can take several weeks.  If the item is purchased, it will be placed on hold for you.  We will respond to your request as quickly as possible.

Title
Format (Book, Large Print Book, Book on CD, DVD, Etc.)
Your First and Last Name
HPL Library Card Number
Phone Number
Any Additional Information
