This plan covers a variety of levels of service based on anticipated changes to the regulatory environment. Although, like all plans, this one may likely require modifications due to unpredictable circumstances. Once local public health, City Officials, the Library Board, Iowa Government and/or the State Library have provided more guidance, we will be eager to lift the remaining restrictions and resume normal service.
